Acceptance of these terms
By using My Blog you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is
My Blog is an independent information website about dermal fillers, Botox and other injectables, with a directory of providers. We are not a clinic, we do not provide medical advice, and we do not employ or endorse the providers listed.
No medical advice
Everything on the site is general educational information. It does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Always speak to a qualified, licensed professional about your own situation.
Provider listings
Providers create their own profiles and are responsible for the accuracy of what they submit. By listing, a provider confirms that they are licensed to offer the treatments shown, that the information is accurate, and that they will keep it up to date. We may edit, suspend or remove a listing at any time, for example if information is inaccurate or a licence cannot be confirmed. See the directory disclosure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at a scale that harms performance, no attempts to break or bypass security, no false or misleading submissions, and no unlawful content.
Intellectual property
Guides, design and branding are owned by My Blog or its licensors. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the source. Provider-submitted content remains the provider’s, and providers grant us a licence to display it in the directory.
Third-party links
We link to websites we do not control, including provider websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from care you receive from any provider you find through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
